Vernon Road Plaza

The Vernon Road Plaza Shopping Center in Lagrange is comprised of three separate buildings (1595, 1605, and 1597) on Vernon Street across from the West Georgia Health Service and Medical Center campus. The Plaza runs east to west on terrain which gently slopes to the south on two acres. The east building, 1595 Vernon (near Medical Parkway) formerly housed a recreational paint ball business. It is approximately 3,600 square feet.

The main Plaza building, 1605 Vernon is 16,100 square feet constructed on two levels. Each level is approximately 13,050 square feet. The upper level houses five income-producing tenants.

The upper level and is paved with street lights and plants judiciously edging the ends of the building. The lower level is accessible from the upper level through stairwells which leads to a long lighted hallway with five tenant locations each with high ceilings and eight foot high plate glass windows. There are walk-out entrances for both the upper and lower levels in the back.

The west building is 1597 Vernon Street and is currently operated as M & M Liquor store and Mike’s Golf shop. M & M has a 15-door cooler and is 2,904 square feet with 571 square feet on the lower level for storage. The Plaza’s current owner maintains 1597 which can be leased for additional income or operated as a liquor store with a small office tenant at Mike’s Golf Shop.
